Hello,

I got a WD500g032 blue ring firmware 02.00.15, network drive with 500 GB in it.

its getting an IP address on the Home network and I can access my files using \[the ip address]

But when I’m trying to get into his web management I’m getting this messeg.

I don’t sure what the problem is.

Have you tried resetting the drive?

Also try with a different browser to see if is a plugins issue. And make sure to have your system updated.

i did what you said,i tried in another browser and its the same… i got system updated to the last update and i reset the drive and still nothing changes…
