Is this normal?

This is even slower that other not 4k formated hdd.

Try running a diagnostics using Western Digital’s Data Lifeguard Diagnostics tool to verify if there is anything wrong with the drive.

It passed the Extended Test. 

Do I need to update firmware of it ?
