WD5000AVVS-00ZTB0 replacement

I have a MY BOOK ESSENTIAL with a problem hard drive WD5000AVVS-00ZTB0  Caviar green power.

Can it be replaced with any of the WD5000AVVS on the market or does it have to be the same 00ZTB0 extention on the number? They all seem to be the same if they are WD5000AVVS.
