I have three of these drives and they show two different firmware levels. Where can I get the firmware updates to bring them all to the current level whatever that is?

No firmware update files are publicly available for said model at the time of this post.
Strange because I know that Dell release firmware updates for these for their storage servers (in a Dell proprietary format). So why won’t WDC make the FW updates generally available to those who are prepared to take the risk of updating drive FW.
