WD4000FYYZ only 1677.9 GB instead of 4 TB (already using GPT)

Hi,

i just got me a WD400FYYZ that should have a cappacity of 4 TB. However Windows 7 just offers me 1677.9 GiB even after I convertet to GPT (thats almost 200 MiB less than my 2 TB-disk). The WD LifeGuard Dignostics shows 4001 GB.

Any idea how I can access the complete Disk?

Hi welcome to the WD Community, if you write zeros to the drive and still not working I would recommned you to  contact support.
