My PC has stopped recognizing this drive.
Hardware device manager sees it as WD.
It used to see it as My Passport.
What should I do?

I have the same issue. Haven’t ANY clue what 2 do either. I have done everything troubleshooters have recommended & still NOTHING! I have over 80,000 songs as well as pics & movies & more hours invested in this drive than can mention. If my info is gone , I will be madder than da***t! WD should have some better help in being able to nprovide appropriate info & means to fix software/hardware/driver related issues!! Need help with this problem 2 PLEASE!!!
