WD3200C037 driver download?

I have a WD My Book WD3200C037 that I haven’t used in about a year (it contains only music).  I can’t remember if it has been used on the laptop I currently have, or if I haven’t used it since I got rid of my old laptop.  At any rate, when I plug it in the computer isn’t recogizing that I’ve done so.  I think I need to reinstall (or install for the first time, as the case may be) the driver, but I can’t find a download for it on the WD site.  Does anyone know if this download is available anywhere?

It should be a plug and play, check on the disk management window to see if you can find it there.
