Hi Windows server 2003 has a Max hard drive size of 2tb this link may explain it for you . http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc773268(v=ws.10).aspx . To use a 3 tb drive as a boot drive you need a system with eufi bios and formatted as gpt. Also is it server 2003 64 bit or 32 bit. So a bit more information is needed before we could say ie is it going to be a boot drive or storage 64 bit or 32 bit. The bottom answer here should answer a few questions for you but there are no special driver’s for it. . http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/winservergen/thread/017b78b5-9092-4102-b27f-4ac3d85f8f45
