WD30EFRX strange test results?

Few days ago I’ve received brand new WD30EFRX drive at first everything seemed to be fine - package looked pretty OK. After opening it I’ve noticed two issues with it - bend corner and slightly scratched side- this damage was pretty unnoticeable when disk was still sealed but after opening it holes from box inside could be seen - pictures attached:

Because the courier was long gone before my discover my chances of returning this disk just because of those scratches is pretty low - I’ve decided to put this disc for few tests - first one was HDTune’ badsector locator - results none. Consequently other test were done and its result could be seen below:

My question goes to three things:

Is 20.6ms reading access time normal for this drive (got circa 11ms for WD1001FALS - black and 19ms for WD20EARS - green)?

Is max access time for writing 1MB and random (4KB align) being respectably 516ms and 628ms normal (for me it seems outrageous…)?

Are the other results quite normal for this drive or those results are enough for returning this drive to seller and getting my money back?

I would appreciated any ideas about this drive.

Hi well I can’t really say as all the pictures you posted have been removed. But if you look here it will give you some test results and it seems for a 5400 RPM drive they are getting 20 ms read and write access time.  http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/red-wd20efrx-wd30efrx-nas,3248-5.html

Strangely those screenshots are still there… But those previous links just doesn’t work properly… Here are hopefully working one:
