The disc was instaled on NAS and removed unsafe. After that I couldn’t use this. Avaliable pariton was formatted NTFS by NAS. The rest should be EXT4. Please advise how to restore full volume? Data restoration is not important.

First, run Extended Test using Data Lifeguard Diagnostic Tool in order to check the health of the drive. If passes, try to reformat the drive in GPT file partition type.
