WD30EFRX - 68EUZN0 replacement advice needed

I have a QNAP 4 bay NAS which has 4 x WD30EFRX 3.0TB SATA /64MB Cache NAS disks, in a raid array.

Unfortunately one of the drives is giving a read error, with an ‘amber’ warning from the QNAP management software. Therefore, it seems sensible to replace it as soon as possible. I’m not that particularly knowledgeable here but would hazard a guess that a direct replacement is the best option.

It’s probably my ineptitude but every time I look for an exact replacement I get back similar HDDs with similar but not identicle drives offered, such as WD30EFAX (the ‘A’ repacing the ‘R’ in the disk identifier). I do see some on “FleaBay” but would prefer something with a little more integrity and safety for my data!

Any expert advice on the optimum choice would be most welcome.

Many thanks in advance
