I wont say that you should be concerned about that. However, we are not able to confirm for you if it will work 100% on a 12bay NAS.
As the documentation says is designed for small office 1-5bay NAS meaning that they were not tested on a 6+bay NAS.
As a recommendation, you can try that but please note that they might or might not work on a 6+bay NAS
