I have a Western Digital Live and be trying to access it via wd2go.com at uni. It is painfully slow taking 20 minutes to download a mere 50mb file. Not exactly able to stream while im at uni as I would have hoped. Not sure what the problem is since my mobile app loads the files much faster. Whilst I could theoretically download it from my phone then stream it to my computer that slightly renders buying the cloud storage useless.
Any ideas?
It might be a firewall blocking the connection on that location…
