WD2GO on Nexus 7 tablet - nogo?

Hi,

I’ve installed wd2go on my Nexus 7 tablet (Android 4.1.2).  It works fine when i’m at home, but when i tried to get to my stuff using the web, after selecting my device on the browser, it redirects to ORACLE page.  don’t know what to do at this point.  please, help !

If you’re trying to use it via www.wd2go.com, that’s normal, because that website requires Java, which the Nexus won’t be running.   You should be using the app, not the web.

Oh, i see…  Thanks, and how can I use the app to view my MBL when I’m not in the range of the home network, but through WIFI, miles away from home?   Thanks again…

As long as your MBL is set up correctly, it works the same whether you’re home or away.
