WD2GO on iphone 5

I am struggling to get the WD2GO app to work on my iphone5 it tels me its unable to connect. When I log onto My Book Live settings I can see its connected but I am still unable to connect, it worked the first day but not since I have deleted the app and re-installed a number of time with no luck

I know I am doing things right because my ipad2 works well with WD2GO & WD Photo but just wont at all on my iphone 5

Any help would be appreciated as this is the first time I have tried to use this type of kit

Try deleting and then re-pairing the iPhone.

I have tried that a number of times now including deleting app from the phone and reinstalling

Did just try your suggestion one more time but all I get on the phone screen is Device Offline This device is inaccessible only local files are available.

The ipad is still working great, very frustrating

If any one has any suggestions I would love to here them
