when I add my ipad mini to the “mobile visit”,I was told that “could not connect to the device”.but the wd2photo is ok.And my iphone is ok,too(in fact,wd2go on my iphone is not ok to connect the device eachtime, it depends on my luck.)
please,anybody can teach me why?
Check if you have the latest My Book live/Mynet firmware installed. You can also try uninstalling an reinstalling the WD2go app.
