WD2go connecting problem

I have problems to connect my Iphone4S even in my locale network through Wifi. The app is finding MyBookLive Duo but when I want to connect I get the follwoing error message. “Unable to connect to device. Authenticatiion needed.”

Any help are highly appreciated.

Are both the app and the MBLDuo up-to-date?

MyBookLiveDuo 02.42.02-012 : Core F/W and the Iphone I also checked today

Delete the device from the app on the iPhone.

Delete the pairing info on the MBLD, if it’s already showing.

Then start from scratch.

I deleted the app and installed it again as well I deleted all information about the mobile device from mbl but still same error message when I reinstall the stuff and want to get connected

Disable Wi-Fi from your phone and try to access the MBL with your data plan, if it works then you’re having a known problem I have seen a lot in here on IOS 6 that I also have.

I have made some changes on my Wifi router and now it works fine.
