WD2GO app and samsung galaxy s3

I have a verizon samsung galaxy s3

wd2go will only play music files over wifi…not 4g…this just recently started a week ago…no reason why…

Have uninstalled 3 times and changed the code 3 times.

What else can I do…It has worked fine for a year and now this???

Over 4g it connects to drive and i can see music…when i open it to play it just passes from song to song not playing…anybody heard of this?

Something may have changed on the phone it self

Have you tried resetting the phone to factory defaults?
