WD2go account creation failed - Possible fix ? or time for a blow torch and hammer?

G’day,

I’m trying to setup my new 8TB Live Duo and I’m getting this message everytime.

WD2go account creation failed. You can try again later through the Dashboard.

This also fails.

I’ve tried multiple email addresses, fake names, swearing and shaking my fist at the sky so much my arm hurts.

What choices does this leave me ?

A blow torch and hammer maybe ?

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
