WD2G Password problems

MBL working OK on PC.

WD2GO from iPad is seeing MBL but will not accept password.

Gives message “Unable to connect to device. Please verify your password and try again.”

I know the password is correct as connection from PC is OK with the same password.

I have tried with no password, changed passwords and a new account, but no difference. Also reinstalled WD2GO.

This has been working in the past, since installation for several weeks.

Key event seems to be a powering down of the modem, router and MBL when some electrical work was taking place.

Any ideas?

You can  try to disable remote access and remove the iPad from mobile devices.

Then enable and add the mobile device again.
