I just bought a new Dell laptop and have Windows Home 7 64 bit. On my old Inspiron Windows XP my EBOOK works fine. But on this new Windows 64 bit 7, I get an error message that USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED. I tried Disk Management, nothing works. What can I do? Are there drivers I can download?
That drive will not work in Win 7
you need to get another external unit
