WD20EZRX-00D8PB0 Green suddenly locked

Hi people,

I have a wd20ezrx-00d8pb0 that suddenly locked with a boot password when I boot up. Is there any way to get a master password or something? or any firmware update to fix his issue. At this point I don´t mind if I loose my files.
