WD20EARS - problem with RMA location

Hi. My name is Romek  and I’m from Poland. I have serious  problem with my HDD - WD20EARS. 2 years ago I Was on holidays in USA. I have bought hard drive in the USA - WD Green WD20EARS (to collect photos from the trip). After month I went back to Poland. For almost 3 years the hard drive was ok. Few days ago hard drive has failed me. Now I’m having several bad sectors and SMART is bad.

I was trying to check warranty of my HDD, but I can’t send them to WD Europe, because I have bought HDD in the USA. Can someone from WD change location of warranty from USA to Poland. Warranty for my HDD will ends in 07/15/2013. My WD S/N : xxxx

Hi you need to contact WD and get them to change it if you look on this page it will give you the address and contact information for Poland.  http://support.wdc.com/warranty/rmaaddress.asp?custtype=end&lang=en   also never post your serial number please edit your post to remove it.
