Hi All
I have this drive

  • Device Type. Hard drive - internal.
  • Capacity. 1 TB.
  • Form Factor. 2.5" x 1/8H.
  • Interface. SATA 6Gb/s.
  • Buffer Size. 8 MB.

Computer would not start
Took drive out and fitted to external caddy
Drive started up okay BUT after about 4 second it started clicking then switched OFF
Then fitted to my other desktop did not see it.
Read about platter being stuck on plates
Took cover off BUT they was parked on head all okay.
Spun wheel seamed to be okay heads moved accross okay.
So im stuck to what is the problem.
Any HELP please?
