WD102AA not spinned up, now it's clicking

Hello!
I hope someone can help me out.
I’ve an old WD caviar HDD 10.2GB and it didn’t spin up. D2 and D3 diodes were dead, so I soldered them out. D4 was okay! I checked solder pads again with multimeter: D2 pads now okay, D3 pads broken (no short, no voltage in diode test mode). So I soldered another diode there (B240 from another HDD, not B140 like the original one) and now the HDD spins up but it’s “clicking” like a turn signal.
Do you have any idea what’s the problem? What should I check or repair to get my data back? Thank you!!
