WD1002FAEX RMA replacement DOA :(

Hi,

i’ve opened an RMA for a faulty drive, received the replacement, but it’s a DOA refurbished (clicky spin up and in some seconds spin down)!!!

I’ve already opened a case, tryied to phone contact italian support (it doesn’t work).

Any suggestion?
