WD1002FAEX Caviar Black 1Tb 6.0Gb/sec

I wanted the new 6.0Gb/sec interface and transfer speed so I looked at the WD 1002FAEX Caviar Black 1Tb (64MB Cache) drive. The specifications says Transfer Rate (Buffer to Disk) = 126MBs (Max).

Compare this to a WD 10EALS Caviar Blue 1Tb 3.0Gb/sec (32MB Cache) The specifications says Transfer Rate (Buffer to Disk) = 126MBs (Max) which is the same as the Caviar Black 6.0 Gb/sec drive.

So what is the point of buying the 6.0Gb/sec Caviar Black drives? Sure, the Cache is bigger but if you are transferring large files what is the advantage? Does anyone know the answer? Is there any increased performance over the Caviar Blue drive other than Cache Size?

I sent these same specifications and questions to Western Digital Tech support - they have not replied.
