WD WD7500AALX-009BA0 model RMA request

WD7500AALX-009BA0 I have this drive bought in may 2011, my problem is this drive failing with rate of 16% per month instead of annual 0.37%. I did ran data lifeguard diagnostics and it showed me error in quick self test ( failed by read test element) then i ran extended self test it also failed. Now ihave filed the RMA on 8 feb 2012 and pick up date confirmed for 14 feb 2012 but none came to collect my RMA hdd ( i have no professional courier in my area). I need help now to process my RMA as soon as possible because i have data worth of 750 gb which is strictly the professional work of myself and my company. I have already wasted my one week on this HDD now what to do?

i think you should sent it to a professional recovery company first and then use the warranty…
