WD Warranty Service is Outstanding

I had a WD Black 2TB that vibrated and was noisy. I lived with it for some time but felt the drive would not last. I checked into its warranty expiration and it was still covered. I completed an RMA and sent the drive in to be evaluated. Within 4 days, I had a replacement drive. I installed it and it was absolutely perfect, with no noise or vibration at all. It’s really great to deal with a company that stands behind their product. A drive is a complicated mechanism and sometimes there may be a problem. But, I’ve only had one WD drive ever give me concern, and the company provided prompt and easy service to address the issue. Good stuff WD!
