I submitted an RMA for a WD 10TB Red and the drive was received.
My RMA was closed.

Please @Brandon.P, reopen the RMA, mark the drive as received and ship me a replacement.

and to add insult to injury, the phone number for customer service which used to be available is disconnected.

Just to give an update that after a month from when the drive was sent, I received the correct replacement.
