Hello. When I start the WD Utilities by double clicking the icon, it runs for a few seconds and then a windows error message pops up. The details button on the popup reveals the following information. I am running Win 7 sp2. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the WD Utilities with no joy. I also tried turning off my antivirus program at the advice of WD Tech Support and that didn’t work either.
Any ideas would be most appreciated. I am not sure I can properly dock the heads of My Passport Ultra without the WD Utilities.
