WD Utilities Does Not See Drive

I have an external WD Elements USB HD that is used to store backups. After downloading WD Drive Utilities v2.1.2.167, this drive does not appear. It is visible in File Explorer.

I also have a My Passport drive connected which is visible in WD Drive Utilities.

Any suggestions appreciated.
