After attaching a WD My Passport Ultra to a Linksys Router USB it is not recognized. Router reports unrecognized drive format. When connected directly to a PC I see 2 drives (WD Unlocker and the actual USB drive section). I do NOT have a password set. The WD Unlocker VCD (virtual drive) is the lower letter and what the router is reporting as unrecognized format. I have unmounted and remounted but the VCD still shows up. Any suggestion?

This Passport drives have not been designed to work on a network environment. This drive is not supported under this conditions. If you want to use a network drive then I recommend a WD My Cloud.
