I have a question regarding WD Unlocker utility and setup.
I have a PC where I perform backups but also store important files and sourcode backups and therefore I wish it to be locked. When I perform an image backup of the PC I can store the image in my unlocked drive.
However when I boot from CD to do the necessary restore I have to first unlock the drive prior that to make the folder available.
Is there some possibility to have a “read only” public folder that I can include into the virtual CD that comes with the WD Unlocker utility?
If I can include some folder with contents to the CD for read-only reasons, then I can at least access image files directly that way from the inserted drive. Otherwise, is it possible to “partition” the drive and have a public partition somehow for files that I don’t want to be inside the locked part of the disk?
