WD Ultra 5TB only led blinking but not showing on my PC

I have purchased WD Ultra Drive it was working fine but i don’t use it too much. Recently I wanted to backup some of my data so I plugged in it to my PC now its not even showing on my PC only LED light is on not even blinking but its constantly on and when i touched my drive i feel its processing but nothing is showing on my Monitor. I tried accessing it multiple times but I failed again and again. Its still in warranty. I am accessing it with its original cord , checked that my drivers are fully updated , tried to change drive letter and path and done everything i could do but its not working. I have purchased this because I knew that WD is best but I didn’t expect this from WD , for its safety I even purchased its cousioned case and I used it very carefully.

Please help me accessing it because it has my all my important data I can’t lost at any cost.

I request to team WD to help me with this issue and also help me recovery my all the data which is already in the drive.

The flashing light typically means the hard drive is trying to read data and the read/write head is working. In the worst-case scenario, the zero track could be damaged, causing the head to endlessly search for the zero track’s starting address, which might prevent the drive letter from showing up. On a brighter note, the issue might be as simple as insufficient power supply, which could be stopping the motor and head from working properly. For WD drives, frequent head repositioning due to power-saving features can also lead to C1 errors and eventual drive failure.
