I just got my WD TV and the device boots up to the home screen and the remote control Ok, up arrow do not work. I can scroll down and go left and right. I already did a reset on the device. Any Idea on how I can get the remote to work

If you have already replaced the batteries and also did a reset on the WD TV and still the “up” arrow is not working then I recommend you get it replaced. You can either take it back to the place of purchase or call our WD support so they can replace the unit or just the remote.
