Wd tv play wont display in hdmi but in composite yes

whyen title

i have tried other 3 cable and 3 tv but nothing.

in hdmi say mode unpupported but in composite function

???

any idea

Welcome to the WD Community.

Check within the settings of the media player and try performing a factory reset and let us know what happens.

i have maked it, maked also hardware reset but nothing

It’s your TV that says Mode Not Supported, not the WD TV.

When hooked up via composite, go to the Video Settings and try other settings there.
