When I plugged the WD TV Play Media Play into the electrical outlet and the TV and put the batteries into the remote I got the WD logo floating around the TV screen. I did not get the list of languages I was supposed to get. How do I set it up?
What happens when you press a button on the remote or re-power the player?
To select the system Language … select Setup > Appearance

Sounds like the screensaver, not the setup wizard.

I do not see any menu options on the TV screen. I only see the WD logo floating around the screen.
When I press a button on the remote the TV screen goes black. I have not tried turning off the WD TV Play Media Play and will try that now.
