WD TV media won't play an MPEG4 h.264

Can someone help? I’m new at this so not sure exactly what t ask except my WD TV media player won’t play an MPEG4 h.264 but what looks exactly the same ( file wise) it will play. What is wrong? Very frustrating…

  1. Make sure you are running Firmware 1.02.17

and/or

  1. post a mediinfo output log of the file that won’t play.

After installing on your PC … (On your video file right click and open with Mediainfo select View > Tree then File > Export >Text > Save then open the *.txt file and copy and paste the info here)
