Hello,

I just bought a new TV and my WD TV Media Player delivers NO sound. I have tried “stereo” and “HDMI passthrough” and neither of them worked.

  • Triea a Different HDMI Input ?
  • Checked your New TV’s User Manual Troubleshooting ?
  • Power Cycled the WDTV ?
  • Factory Reset the WDTV ?
  • Is the Audio Codec you’re trying to play a Supported Format ?
