WD TV Livehub does not start

Hello!

I was coping several movies and in the thick of it the device switched off. Now I can start the device with remote control or plug off/on the power cable only. But the device switched off promptly again, if the WD logo appears the 2nd time at start.

Any hint to solve this problem?

Hi. Your issue has to do with the unit power switch. If your unit is still under warranty, you should request a RMA and get a replacement. Or you can open up the unit and disconnect the switch from the main board as explained in another thread.
