I am facing new data not available on NAS. Often, after some 10 minutes everything is fine, but no idea how to force the refresh directly. or is there an issue with naming conventions of folder & data.

Hello,
The drive needs to index the data before it is available trough the media server. If you access it as a network share it should be available right away.
