This sounds similar to symptoms other people have described.

Is it limited to ONLY a few files?  Does it happen if you unplug the network cable and play from a USB disk instead?

hi,

thanks for stopping by, yeah it happenes only with few files, files are stored and played from a USB disk.

I have the exact same problem… is it a glitch? when i looked at the supported files, mkv is listed…

I’ve been having the same problem lately with both mkv and avi files.

Why are you double-posting, in the wrong forum no less? This is the forum for the new player.

Also, I’ve been watching MKVs on the new player for quite some time now, none of which randomly stopped.

Hi,

The same has happened to me… some  videos I can see others not …

I expect a while for WD to solve this problem…
