I am three month passed my one year and I was told by WD that it’s broken and have to buy a new one, that’s now cool. Problem: I am able to see the picture but it is in a horizontal loop. I have tried other cables, upload updates, tried it on other TV’s and still the same. Does anyone have a fix? I await your reply.

I’m guessing you somehow switched it between NTSC and PAL (or Vice Versa.)
Press the RESET BUTTON for MORE THAN 10 SECONDS to change modes.
