For the last few days the resume playback feature has pretty much stopped working, it’ll work as long as I leave the wd tv on, if I turn it off and then back on it won’t resume the videos and acts like I’ve never played them. This is my 2nd wd tv device and I’ve never had this problem, I restored the device back to factory settings and it still doesn’t work. I can’t find anything in the settings that control the resume playback feature and I don’t know what else to try, any thoughts?

Yes, this is a known bug.
