This is my post and I never I had any issues with wd tv live plus until now. The unit reboots itself everyting I’m navigating the Media Servers folders also I connect to my network shares, it says "invalid username or password. I never had any usernames or password in my network shares. My current firware is up date according to the unit. Firmware is version is 1.06.42_B

As a recommendation, you can try resetting the unit back to factory restore and also connect the unit to a different power source.
