WD TV Live not seeing HDD connect to WD N750

My WD TV Live is not recognizing the two external USB drives I have connect to my WD MyNet N750 router.  When I try to login to the N750 from the TV Live it keeps telling me invalid username or password but I can login to the N750 from my laptop with the same login info.  The HDD drive are connected to the USB ports on the N750.  I can see the drives just fine on my iMac and multiple laptops on the same network.

Seems since the TV Live and N750 are both WD products it should be simple.  I didn’t have any problems seeing the drives when I was using a Belkin router with USB ports.

Any advice?

Hello,

Are you able to see any of the computers from the media player? if not, Have you tried resetting the media player?

Also make sure to factory restore all the settings.
