Hello, i am hoping somebody can assist.
I have had my WD TV Live Streaming Media Player for around 2 years now. I have used it on my New Sony Bravia for the last 4 months.
I tunred it on today and there is no color on the screen and everything only apperas in black and white.
I use the red/white/yellow cable and have been meaning to use a HDMI so i thought this would be the perfect excuse to buy a HDMI cable and i did and still no color. I have tried reseting the system from the menu, reseting the system with boton under consol, updating software, changing from NTSC to PAL and vice versa, updating firmware and nothing has worked.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.
