WD TV live has been connected to the router but no internet access

Hey, I have issues with my WD TV live. I’ve connected it to the router using a cable in the network settings everything looks fine, it says the network has been set up. But there’s no such an option as internet shares or browsing the internet or whatever. I’ve tried literally everything, the player itself appears that it’s connected to the router but still doesn’t seem like there’s connection. Any ideas what I should do?

No such thing as “Internet Shares” (There’s Network and Media Shares though)

You can’t “browse” the Internet on a WD TV Live & Live Plus.

I Highly recommend you read the User Manual.

Thanks, that’s already helpful. I’m definitely not an expert just trying to figure things out so I’m sorry if my question sounds stupid haha. I’d like to use this feature called “internet media”, using YouTube for example but it just doesn’t appear in the list even that should be possible I guess?

Youtube and many other “internet media” apps were discontinued on the WD TV Live a long time ago.
