WD TV Live hangs at startup and cannot reset

Hello,

This is a last ditched effort to see if anything can be done. The Box starts up, but hangs on the startup screen. I have tried pressing the reset button countless times when it is hung and for different amount of times. There doesn’t seem to be anything else I can do. I can’t find any other threads where the reset doesnt work,

You can try to reset the WD TV media player as there might be a possibility that the device was not reset properly in earlier attempts.
